Welcome to TAD
TAD is a small law firm based in London. We provide a personal service tailored to our clients' specific needs and at a reasonable cost. We help private clients and local business people to take informed decisions on a wide range of legal matters - handling legal transactions, managing their affairs and ensuring their rights are protected.

Immigration
We will tell you about the legal requirements, eligibility issues and the documentation you will need if you are planning to come to live or work in the UK. Also, we will tell you how long the process might take and advise you on other matters which might need resolving in order to make your immigration process run smoothly and without unnecessary holdups.

We encourage all our clients to have their Will prepared and, from time to time, reviewed to reflect changes in the law and your personal situation (for example, re-marriage will invalidate an existing Will). Many clients are shocked to be told that their assets may attract taxation when they die.
